Debbie says: "We can have you up and running in as little as five business days. The sooner we receive your completed application form the quicker we can open your merchant account."

If switching will there be a break in service?

Fiona says: "No. We recommend that you don't give notice to cancel your existing agreement until your Handepay facility is up and running, that way you can be sure there is no break in service"

How long does it take for the money to enter my account?

Debbie says: "The standard timescale is 3 working days from the day after taking the transaction. Funds will arrive as cleared with immediate effect."

What happens if I need help?

Fiona says: "We offer 24/7 help desk support from a single phone number and attempts will be made to make the terminal operational. If this fails and the problem is reported by 3pm, a next day replacement will be provided.."
